Domestic Shipping Rates (Canada)

In Canada, we offer express shipping (2-7 days) capped at $20. Please note that products will be shipped within 1-4 days, as each item is made to order. 

If your product is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement at no extra cost, no questions asked. Simply email us with images of the damage, a shattered light bulb, or a cracked lamp shade. Once we receive your email, we’ll process your request and send the necessary replacement promptly.

 

International Orders (USA + Rest of World)

USA: Please allow 5-13 days for delivery of your order as we post all orders out through Canada Post, UPS or Fedex economy services. Prices will be calculated based on Zip Code

Rest of World: Please allow 7-14 days for delivery of your order as we post all orders out through Canada Post, UPS or Fedex economy services. Prices will be calculated based on Postal Code.

Returns Policy - Worldwide

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact us via email with your order number and reason for the return. You may use the button below.

 

Step 2: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

 

Step 3: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Failure to Return the Item

If the item is not shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the return approval, your return request will be considered void, and the return process will be closed. We will not be able to issue a refund or exchange if the item is not returned within the specified timeframe or returned damaged.
